Stay at your own risk at Sea Hills Ocean View Kuta

This bike got stolen from my Sea Hills Ocean View Kuta and now they refuse to pay.

At the night of 24th of september my Honda CRF 2023 white and red model got stolen from Sea Hills Ocean View Kuta.

The bike got stolen from their own property parking lot designated for bikes. We have CCTV footage of the incident. They also have a security guard that was sleeping!! 2 m away from when it got stolen.

And from day one they are refusing to pay or even come close to an agreement.

The manger and hotel owner Joan Sole Palos (Joan SP) who also managing more villas refuse to pay or even split the cost of the bike.

This is not only concerning for me but also for you or your friends as he also manage more villas around Lombok.

I have been at the police station together with Joan and the staff to file a report but after that he just refer me to his “legal” department who is just another guy not responding to any type of agreement. They won’t even pay half of the bike.

I rented the bike so the bike rental of course also want a closure to this and we are both pushing Joan to own up to their hotel policy, but without success.

I had a limited time in Lombok and iam still trying to get the hotel to pay so I don’t have to pay the whole amount for a new bike.

Dont make the same misstake, choose another hotel and owner.
